Booking Policies for The Hair Revivalist

PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING!

CANCELLATIONS

  • Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service fee.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee and may require prepayment for future appointments.

PAYMENTS

  • A deposit of 20% is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your service total.

  • Payments can be made via cash, card, Apple Pay, or Cash App.

  • All balances must be paid in full at the end of your appointment.

  • Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if cancellation occurs within the required notice period.

GUESTS

  • Due to limited space, only the client receiving the service is allowed in the salon area.

  • Children and additional guests are not permitted unless they are receiving a service.

  • We strive to provide a relaxing environment for all clients, so we kindly ask for your cooperation.

LATE ARRIVAL

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to accommodate the next client.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a late fee or cancellation fee will apply.

  • Consistent tardiness may result in future appointments requiring prepayment.

HAIR PREPARATION

  • Wash your hair 1-2 days before your appointment unless instructed otherwise by your stylist. This allows natural oils to protect your scalp during coloring or chemical treatments.

  • Avoid heavy styling products like gels, sprays, or serums, as they can interfere with the stylist’s ability to assess your hair texture and condition.
